It’s 4k now.Originally posted by Hybrid_and_Legacy:i've edited the ini. Fallout4.esm is listed (should be the first plugin) B. I suspect it has something to do with default screen sizes set at startup. Since running the game through steam itself or Fallout 4s launcher worked (assuming you mean the game launched and you could fire up a new game or resume an unmodded save), check your plugins tab in NMM. I could theoretically play this way and was able to get out without hardcrashing the machine because everything outside that box had keybindings. The game showed full screen, but I could only move the mouse within a center section. īefore reading your replyI loaded the nexus page in edge (the default browser of win11) clicked some button, and it worked. Mod Organizer 2 is grabbed off the Skyrim SE Nexus, but it's a standalone app that works with any supported game (basically all the bethesda ones and a bunch of others too). Use Mod Organizer 2, not Vortex/Nexus Mod Manager (absolute nightmare to manually sort stuff in that). I'd delete all the mod stuff and start from scratch. Load order should be UF4P -> Fens Sheriff's Dept -> PRP loading last so nothing re-breaks the precombines.Īlso of note, do not use "LOOT" auto-sorting in Vortex or MO2, some mods say to but it doesn't really work well for Fallout 4 and generally causes more issues than it solves AFAIK. PRP does require the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch. Looks like it takes place in a lot of Downtown Boston, you will likely want PRP as well if you have performance issues there (repairs all the broken precombine meshes, this is the main reason for massive stuttering in Boston itself as a lot are broken there in the vanilla game). It doesn't require anything other than the base game and all DLCs. Or you can skip all that and just install the specific mods you want and their dependencies.įens Sheriff's Dept is here. Will need to read the instructions on some of the mods themselves, Buffout 4 being the main one as install is partly manual. The Midnight Ride if you want a pretty robust install, don't need all the mods they recommend though, just up to bug fixes: Can someone point me to an idiot’s guide or some such?
